Disbursements for pre-registered students could be made to the student account up to ten days prior to the start of the semester. If a student has outstanding documents (Verification, Master Promissory Note, Entrance Counseling, etc.) the disbursement process could be delayed. Student accounts are evaluated for disbursements weekly.

Tuition, fees and other university charges are covered before refunds are made available to students. While registering for subsequent semester courses, students have the option of electing to automatically receive their refund or having the university hold their credit balance until it is requested.

Refunds will be processed within fourteen days of the creation of a credit balance on the student account, unless otherwise specified by the student.
