Ohio Valley University Homecoming is scheduled for November 2-4, 2012.
Save the date and be on the lookout for more details to come. Be deciding whom you can invite back to campus and be thinking of nominees for the Alumni Awards.
Highlights of the weekend will include the traditional Alumni Chorus, 50-year reunion for the OVU Class of 1963 with incremental class year reunions, alumni luncheon and awards, 2nd annual Points of Light Celebration, student production of Hello Dolly, and much, much more. The Student Governent Association, OVU Administration, and the Alumni Association will launch a new tradition called the Parade of Athletes. This new tradition will mimic the parade of athletes that precedes the Olympic Games.
Alumni Award Nominations
Since 1988, the Ohio Valley University Alumni Association has presented awards to accomplished alumni and friends annually during the Homecoming celebration. The goal is to pay tribute to alumni and friends for outstanding achievement and service to their alma mater, their communities, and their professions. The award process is easy and nominations can be submitted at any time. A complete list of past alumni award winners can be found [here].
